Candlelight Restorative Yoga

Take time to relax and unwind with a yoga experience by candlelight. This is a gentle and nourishing way for anyone to experience the benefits of yoga. All postures are done seated or lying down. Props (blankets, bolsters, and blocks) are used to support your body so that you can relax completely. The perfect way to wind down your weekend and center yourself for the week ahead! 

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga allows your yoga practice to meet you where you are, regardless of age, fitness level, or physical condition. Poses are adapted to use a chair as an extension of the body, adding support and stability. This class helps increase flexibility and mobility, builds strength, and increases body awareness. Yoga breathing (pranayama) and relaxation techniques are incorporated in this rejuvenating practice for overall mind and body wellness.


Alignment, simplicity and ease. A slower- paced class, focused on the five universal alignment principles of Anusara yoga. Perfect for new, prenatal or seasoned students who want to remember to remember.

Meditation-­ Free!

Learn the principles behind meditation. We teach a Tibetan Buddhist style of meditation, calming the mind to access a stable and vivid awareness that is the very essence of our life experience. No experience required- all are welcome! 


A balanced yoga practice incorporating the graceful flowing sequences of Vinyasa and the deep calming poses of Yin. A quiet practice to build self-awareness, flexibility, strength while calming the mind and cultivating spirit.

Restorative Yoga

A gentle, nourishing way to experience the benefits of yoga. Down-regulate your nervous system and ease chronic tension and anxiety. All postures are done seated or lying down with the support of props (blankets, bolsters, and blocks) for complete relaxation.

Slow Flow

A slower-paced Vinyasa class for all levels. Experience the joy of matching breath to motion while building strength and fluidity in your body. Great for prenatal or new students. When taught by Laura, this is a Certified Curvy Yoga class. Enjoy a non-competitive, positive-body-image environment.


Postures flow smoothly together, linked by breath. Each teacher brings a unique expression to this integration of alignment, intuition, strength and fluidity. These classes are accessible for all levels but may include less alignment instruction.


Yin yoga uses gravity, time, and our own body weight to strengthen and lengthen the connective tissue. Postures are held for a longer amount of time to allow for more profound change. A meditative experience that is the perfect complement to a Vinyasa practice.


A series of postures held for longer periods of time to allow for deep-tissue stretching. This slow pace encourages the body to relax deeply, releasing the chronic tension held in the body to reset the nervous system. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets are utilized for full support. Dim lighting, relaxing music, and gentle, inspirational instruction make this a favorite class of many students.
